Key Responsibilities:
- Product Commercialization: Lead the planning and execution of product strategies for Respiratory and Urology product lines.
- Market Insight: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to shape product strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, regulatory) to ensure effective product launches and sustained growth in the market.
- Brand Management: Develop and execute campaigns to increase product awareness and sales in the target market.
- Strategic Planning: Drive the planning and forecasting process, ensuring product performance aligns with business objectives.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, manage pricing strategies, and make necessary adjustments to enhance market competitiveness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Pharm-D or MBA (Marketing).
- Experience: 2-3 years in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of market research and insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
