Lucky Core Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Superintendent to join their team. This is a crucial leadership role responsible for overseeing the medical services and ensuring the well-being of employees at the company’s operations in Khewra, Pakistan.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Medical Superintendent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Medical Oversight:
- Lead and manage the medical department to provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees.
- Ensure the effective functioning of the health center, including the management of staff, medical supplies, and patient care.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the adherence to health and safety regulations in accordance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to monitor and implement health and safety policies.
- Employee Health and Well-being:
- Provide primary healthcare services, including treating illnesses, injuries, and conducting health check-ups.
- Offer support in emergency medical cases and provide medical advice to the workforce.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Work closely with HR and other departments to provide wellness programs and health education to employees.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on health and safety topics.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain medical records and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities.
- Supervise medical staff and ensure that proper records are maintained for all treatments and consultations.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, the following qualifications and experience are required:
- Educational Qualification:
- MBBS degree, preferably with a specialization in Family Medicine or Occupational Health.
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in a medical supervisory role.
- Experience in managing medical services in an industrial setting will be a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health, family medicine, and healthcare regulations.
