Join Our Team: Style Textile, a leader in the textile industry, is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive-Dyeing Floor to oversee and manage the dyeing processes. This role is integral to ensuring high-quality production and smooth operations on the dyeing floor.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Executive-Dyeing Floor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Machine Monitoring and Adjustments:
- Monitor and manage machine parameters, ensuring the correct pH, specific gravity, and peroxide levels.
- Lead necessary adjustments in case of deviations, ensuring optimal machine performance.
- Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with the Head of Dyeing Production to identify and address any quality issues in the production process.
- Ensure that all machines are handled properly and that boil-offs are completed correctly.
- Equipment and Maintenance:
- Maintain a strong line of communication with the maintenance department to address equipment issues promptly.
- Respond to machine calls and alarms quickly to avoid production delays.
- Training and SOP Adherence:
- Conduct refresher sessions with operators to ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical parameters.
- Maintain high safety and hygiene standards across the dyeing floor.
- Coordination and Input Management:
- Ensure timely availability of inputs for current and planned batches, including fabric and chemicals.
- Coordinate with the chemical and inverter stores to ensure materials are available as needed.
Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Executive-Dyeing Floor, you must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering.
- Work Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in knitwear companies or similar textile industries.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS 365, ERP, and IMS systems is essential.
