Meezan Bank, recognized as the leading Islamic Bank in Pakistan, is looking to hire a Service Quality Analyst for their Customer Support Group. This position is vital in maintaining the bank’s high standards of customer service and ensuring that customer interactions align with Meezan Bank’s commitment to quality service.

Role Overview:

As a Service Quality Analyst, your key responsibility will be to monitor and evaluate customer interactions across various channels to ensure the highest quality standards are met. You will be part of a dynamic team that identifies service gaps, recommends improvements, and presents findings to senior management. Your work will be essential in ensuring that Meezan Bank continues to deliver excellent service to its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Evaluate Customer Interactions:
    • Track and assess customer interactions to ensure they meet established service quality standards.
    • Focus on improving the customer experience by identifying weaknesses and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Service Gap Analysis:
    • Identify service gaps by closely analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics.
    • Recommend strategies to address these gaps and enhance overall service quality.
  • Prepare and Present Reports:
    • Develop and present detailed scorecards and dashboards that reflect the service quality performance across customer touchpoints.
    • Provide valuable insights to management for decision-making and process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the service industry, where you have been involved in customer service or quality monitoring.
  • Qualification:
    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s degree, from an HEC recognized university.
    • A qualification in Islamic Banking will be an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify areas for improvement.
    • Excellent communication skills for reporting and interacting with management and team members.
    • Experience with data visualization tools and presenting complex information in an understandable way.
