Role Overview

The Manager – Advisory will be responsible for executing engagements in the areas of financial advisory, risk advisory, and consulting. The role involves working with a variety of clients, identifying their key business challenges, and developing and implementing tailored solutions. This position requires an individual who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Advisory Engagements: Lead engagements in areas such as financial modeling, feasibility studies, risk management (e.g., BPR, policies and procedures development), and consulting services (e.g., due diligence, third-party validations, monitoring).
• Client Needs Identification: Identify and assess key client business issues, determine their needs, and apply standard approaches to deliver effective solutions.
• Team Management: Manage the field team and ensure smooth execution of fieldwork. Prepare work papers in accordance with engagement requirements.
• Analysis and Recommendations: Evaluate and validate data analysis, develop actionable recommendations, and ensure they align with the client’s needs and overall business objectives.
• Business Development: Assist in the development and presentation of proposals for new business development opportunities.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with team members, providing strategic insights to solve client issues. Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Academic Qualification: ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant)
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial advisory, risk advisory, and consulting. Previous experience working on financial modeling, feasibility studies, and business process reviews is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage teams and execute complex advisory projects.
