Job Summary:
As an Associate – Financial Advisory, you will play a critical role in providing financial advice and insights to clients. The role involves supporting senior team members in the execution of financial advisory services, conducting financial analysis, and helping clients make informed financial decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing financial advisory services to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and financial restructuring.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to help clients make informed business decisions.
• Prepare financial models, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
• Liaise with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate advisory services.
• Support the senior advisory team in preparing reports, presentations, and other related documents.
• Ensure that all financial documentation complies with relevant standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial strategies and solutions for clients.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in financial advisory or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong command of written English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and other analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for financial analysis.
