Job Description
FasalPay is looking for a seasoned Field Operations Manager to oversee and drive the operations across key regions in the North (Hafizabad, Sheikhupura, T.T. Singh). The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the operational activities that align with FasalPay’s strategic goals, with a focus on value-chain development in coordination with farmers and other stakeholders in the agricultural ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage and optimize all field operations in the assigned areas, ensuring efficient service delivery to farmers.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with farmers, agribusinesses, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful product/service adoption.
- Growth Strategy: Lead initiatives to expand the business operations in new geographies and increase the reach of FasalPay’s services to maximize impact.
- Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and train field staff, ensuring they have the right tools and support to meet operational targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive improvements in operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all operational activities are in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in roles that involve value-chain development, ideally in agriculture, agri-business, or related fields. Experience in managing field operations and interacting with farmers is highly desirable.
- Education: A Master’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
