Role Overview:

The Head of Business Technology Transformation will play a pivotal role in implementing the IT strategy and roadmap to support the growth and transformation of Engro Corporation. This position requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in IT strategy, project governance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of IT capabilities, aligning them with business requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination between functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy & Roadmap Implementation: Develop and execute IT strategies and roadmaps that align with business growth plans and strategic requirements.
• IT Capability Building: Enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the adoption of the latest technologies to support operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Ensure effective collaboration across functions and departments to ensure that IT projects are aligned with business goals.
• Project Governance: Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with IT initiatives.
• Change Management: Lead digital transformation efforts by managing the implementation of new systems and processes that drive business transformation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Over 15 years of professional experience in IT leadership, with a strong focus on business technology transformation.
• Certifications: Certification in TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) and PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is required.
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills. Proven ability to manage complex IT projects and collaborate with senior leadership to drive technological transformation.
