Position: Senior Officer – Physical Education
Location: UCS Head Office, Lahore
Qualification: Master’s in Physical Education or Sports Sciences
Experience: 3-5 years in school sports/PE teaching or program management

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Officer – Physical Education, your role will be crucial in shaping and supporting the PE curriculum across UCS schools. Your responsibilities will include:
- Curriculum Development & Support:
- Design and enhance the PE and sports curriculum in alignment with UCS’s academic goals.
- Ensure that the curriculum is engaging, inclusive, and meets the needs of all students.
- Training & Mentoring PE Staff:
- Conduct training sessions for PE teachers to enhance their teaching methodologies.
- Mentor PE staff across UCS campuses, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality sports education.
- Sports Event Management:
- Plan and organize inter-school and regional sports events to promote healthy competition and team spirit among students.
- Oversee the smooth execution of sports events, ensuring maximum student participation.
- Program Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor the effectiveness of the PE program and provide regular feedback to the academic leadership.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for continuous development.
- Student Wellness & Inclusion:
- Promote wellness initiatives and ensure inclusive participation in sports activities.
- Encourage students to lead active, healthy lifestyles through various physical activities and sports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: A Master’s degree in Physical Education or Sports Sciences is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in PE teaching or program management in a school environment.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills.
- Experience in organizing and managing sports events.
- Ability to mentor and train staff to achieve excellence in physical education.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing engaging PE curricula.
- Willingness to travel to UCS campuses across Pakistan as required.
