Dawn Foods Corp. Ltd., a renowned name in the food industry, is currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Manager HR to join their team in Lahore. Job Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager HR, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to the smooth operation of the HR department:
- Day-to-Day HR Functions: Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR activities such as attendance management, payroll coordination, and handling disciplinary actions.
- Staffing & Onboarding: Support the hiring process for both technical and non-technical staff. You will also manage the onboarding process and ensure a seamless induction experience for new employees.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various stakeholders to address manpower needs, resolve HR-related concerns, and support operational efficiency.
- Policy Implementation: Act as a liaison between the plant and the head office to align HR initiatives, share data, and implement group-wide HR policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for the Assistant Manager HR role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the HR field.
- Education: A Bachelor’s (BBA) or Master’s (MBA) degree in Human Resources or a related field.
