Dawn Foods Corp. Ltd., a leader in the food industry, is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager HR. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in human resources and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager HR, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination: Managing daily HR functions such as tracking attendance, coordinating payroll processes, and handling disciplinary actions.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Supporting the recruitment process for both technical and non-technical staff, ensuring effective onboarding, and conducting proper induction processes for new hires.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders to address manpower needs, resolve HR-related concerns, and support overall operational efficiency.
- Liaison: Acting as a liaison between the plant and the head office, aligning HR initiatives, sharing data, and implementing company-wide HR policies to ensure consistent and effective practices across all teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR management.
- Education: BBA or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
