Location: Fatima Group
Qualification: Retired Colonel (Preferably retired within the last 1-2 years)
Department: Administration
Background: Combat Arms (Infantry, Armored Corps, or Artillery)
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Oversee and ensure smooth operations related to accommodation, transport, housekeeping, and maintenance. The role includes coordinating timely repairs and ensuring the proper allocation of housing units.
- Land Affairs & Infrastructure: Manage land procurement, demarcation, record-keeping, and ensure safety measures are in compliance with Fatima Group policies. This involves handling land affairs and related activities efficiently.
- Support Services: Supervise and maintain the operational standards of services like the FFL Colony Market, canteen, horticulture, sanitation, schools, reception, and central registry. You will ensure that these services run smoothly and meet the organization’s operational standards.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize and execute administrative logistics for internal events, telecom/cable networks, and other operational needs at the colony and plant site. This requires ensuring that all activities align with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Requirements:
- Military Background: A retired Colonel, preferably from Infantry, Armored Corps, or Artillery, with hands-on experience and leadership skills. Applicants should ideally have retired within the last 1-2 years.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage both administrative staff and operational activities efficiently. A background in military operations will be highly valued.
- Experience: Experience in managing facilities, land affairs, and administrative logistics is essential. The role requires someone who can work with cross-functional teams and execute complex projects effectively.
