Position Overview
As an ACCA Trainee at Fatima Group, you will be involved in assisting with various aspects of the finance function. Key Responsibilities
- ERP Systems Support:
Assist in maintaining and documenting key business processes in ERP systems, supporting the financial modules to ensure smooth operations. - Master Data Documentation:
Draft finance function master data blueprints, policies, and stewardship guides. Your contributions will help ensure the consistency and integrity of financial data across the organization. - Master Data Stewardship:
Perform routine and periodic master data cleansing exercises to maintain the accuracy and quality of data. - Compliance and Regulations:
Stay updated on the latest accounting standards and regulations, ensuring that Fatima Group complies with all necessary financial guidelines. - General Financial Support:
Assist the finance team with other tasks as needed, gaining exposure to different aspects of the financial management process.
Key Requirements
- Education:
You must be an ACCA qualified or a finalist. - Technical Skills:
You should have working knowledge of ERP systems and related financial modules. - Experience:
While prior experience is not mandatory, an understanding of basic finance and accounting principles will be beneficial. - Soft Skills:
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You should be detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
