Role Title: Executive/AM New Product Development (Marketing Division)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

As the Executive/AM New Product Development, you will play a key role in coordinating and maintaining the development of new products. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and efficient product development, packaging improvements, and taste trials.

🎓 Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Education:
  • BBA, MBA (Marketing) or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in Brand Development and Brand Management in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in packaging design or improvement is highly desirable.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As the Executive/AM New Product Development, your main responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining records of products under development in close coordination with concerned departments.
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve any issues related to New Product Development (NPD).
• Updating the weekly status of product development and packaging improvement.
• Coordinating the development and improvement of packaging materials for new and existing products.
• Conducting in-house taste trials to evaluate new product concepts and improvements.
