Role Title: Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager – Debit Cards
Location: Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi
Department: ADC Business
Position Type: Full-Time
As the Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager for Debit Cards, you will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition and management of debit card products, ensuring effective business development strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet targets. This position plays a key role in growing the bank’s debit card portfolio, strengthening customer acquisition efforts, and driving the success of the Debit Card Business.
π Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is preferable).
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in banking, with a focus on debit cards or card operations.
- Skills:
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Experience with acquiring new customers and managing card products.
- Ability to work with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

As the Acquisition Manager / Assistant Manager – Debit Cards, your key responsibilities will include:
