📌 Position Overview

Role Title: Teller/Cashier
Location: Karachi, Kotla Arab Khan, Wazeerabad, Attock
Position Type: Full-Time

As a Teller/Cashier, you will be responsible for managing over-the-counter currency exchange transactions at Meezan Exchange booths and branches, ensuring fast and efficient service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education:

  • Intermediate or Graduate from an HEC-recognized institution/university.

  • A qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred but is not mandatory.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Teller/Cashier, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing over-the-counter currency exchange transactions at various branches or booths.

• Processing currency exchange transactions efficiently, ensuring minimal customer wait times and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Verifying the authenticity of foreign currencies and detecting counterfeit bills to ensure the security and accuracy of transactions.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of exchange rates and other market conditions.

• Providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with currency exchange needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large amounts of cash and currency with accuracy.
