🎓 Required Qualifications

• Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis with a proven track record in data projects. Experience in translating business needs into functional requirements and managing data transformation projects is essential.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at Vital Pakistan Trust, your role will involve:

• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, and epics, with a strong focus on data requirements such as data sources, quality, and accessibility.

• Translating business needs into clearly defined functional and non-functional requirements for data-driven projects and business applications.

• Creating comprehensive documentation, data flow diagrams, and use case scenarios.

• Collaborating closely with data engineers, product associates, and developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

• Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of data transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and managing associated risks and dependencies.

• Contributing to the development of project proposals and presentations, presenting insights and business case studies to stakeholders.

To excel in this role, candidates should have:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ensuring flexible and efficient project delivery.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration.

• Experience using wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Draw.io for visual design.

• Expertise in charting/flow tools such as Lucid Charts or MS Visio for process visualization.

• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
