Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze financial data to assist in strategic decision-making and accurate forecasting.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards using tools like Power BI or Power Query for real-time insights.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Accounts Management:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot accounting issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Regulatory Compliance & Audits:
- Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations.
- Coordinate audit activities and ensure adherence to policies.
- Process Optimization:
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting, financial management, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Expertise in financial principles and accounting tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and other analytical software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
