This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient international e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Oversee the entire process of international e-commerce order processing from receipt to delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness throughout the order lifecycle.
- Inventory Control:
- Coordinate inventory dispatching and receiving processes.
- Ensure proper receiving of inventory in both D365 and third-party systems.
- Conduct inventory reconciliation from third-party sources, D365, and online e-commerce portals.
- Logistics TATS & Statuses:
- Monitor courier delivery lead times and success ratios.
- Update statuses on the online e-commerce system to reflect accurate delivery information.
- Data Management:
- Accurately input and update data in the D365 system.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness in the e-commerce system.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on key metrics such as order delivery rates, order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and order dispatch accuracy.
- Verify global fulfillment billing and report monthly.
- Reconciliation:
- Perform daily reconciliation of multiple reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, MS Office, and D365.
