Position: HR Officer – Contractual (Head Office)
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. A master’s degree would be preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience: Prior experience in HR roles would be advantageous, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in human resources are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Officer at Fauji Foods, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration.
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Assisting in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- Handling employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation.
