Position: Assistant Manager – Internal Audit
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACCA/CA (Finalist) with completed Articles from a reputable Big4 firm.
- 2-4 years of experience in internal audit roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of audit methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional skepticism and the ability to critically evaluate information objectively.
- Knowledge of financial systems and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager – Internal Audit, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing comprehensive audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
- Supporting in the development and implementation of audit plans and strategies.
