Job Description:
As an Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager at Searle, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies to achieve market share targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing brand strategies, communications, and collaterals based on market insights.
- Achieving target market share of assigned brands/portfolio.
- Executing promotional and tactical plans to ensure business ROI, while managing budget spendings effectively.
- Collaborating with field force development on brand strategies, messages, and providing related training.
- Sharing business insights with the team to identify key opportunities for growth.
- Developing brand bottom liners and managing CRM in coordination with the Sales Team and line managers.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Science graduate/Pharm-D with an MBA (an added advantage)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and work-related software(s)
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
