Searle Pakistan Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Officer/Senior Officer Quality Assurance – In-Process Control (IPC) at our Karachi (SITE) Plant. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in quality assurance to contribute to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Job Scope: As an Officer/Senior Officer Quality Assurance – IPC, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance checks during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Your primary duties will include verifying line clearance, conducting IPC checks and samplings, reporting events and deviations, and ensuring data integrity.
Job Specifications:
- Location: Karachi (SITE) Plant, with work conducted in shifts.
- Verify line clearance and conduct Quality Assurance’s IPC checks, including related samplings.
- Report events and deviations, assessing associated risks, and following up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Ensure data integrity and audit batch documents prior to submission in the QA office.
- Monitor compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and report any non-compliance.
- Pharm-D or MSc. in Chemistry.
- 1-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly in the IPC section of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong time management skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of WHO and ICHQ guidelines pertaining to Quality Assurance IPC operations.
