Position Overview: Manager Stitching
As a Manager Stitching at AlRahim Textile, you will be entrusted with overseeing and optimizing our stitching operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of stitching professionals to ensure high-quality production.
- Implementing and enhancing stitching processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline workflow and resolve any operational issues.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Providing guidance and support to team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Qualification: A graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the textile industry, with a focus on stitching operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
