Overview: At ASTER TEXTILE, we take pride in being at the forefront of exporting premium fabrics and garments, including Denim, Non-Denim, and Work Wear, to global markets. As Assistant Manager – Export Marketing & Sales, you will play a vital role in driving our international sales growth while ensuring the quality and timely execution of customers’ orders.
Core Responsibilities:
- Utilize customers’ online portals to generate leads and facilitate communication
- Ensure the quality and timely execution of customers’ orders
- Issue Job Order Sheets and coordinate with relevant teams for seamless execution
- Maintain strong follow-up and coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable local or international university
- Proficiency in English language and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with international clients
- Sound knowledge and experience of working with ERP & ORACLE systems
- Experience in using customers’ online portals for sales and order management
- Ability to multitask and work under stretched timelines while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-driven with a result-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the textile industry
