Qualifications:
- MBA/MPA/MS with a specialization in HR
- Proficiency in HR practices specific to Weaving & Spinning processes
Experience:
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in a reputable Textile Industry
- Familiarity with industry standards such as Tencel®, Higg Index, Ethical Trading Initiative, SANFOR, BEPI, OBCI, and NAC
As Deputy Manager HR, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, implementing HR policies tailored to the unique demands of Weaving & Spinning operations, and ensuring compliance with ethical and sustainable practices.
