Job Title: Deputy Manager Knits Dyeing As the Deputy Manager Knits Dyeing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the dyeing process for our knitwear production. Your expertise will ensure that our fabrics are dyed to perfection, meeting the highest standards of color consistency, shade accuracy, and quality.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Must be a graduate or diploma holder.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in dyeing and processing, with a focus on knitwear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of the dyeing process, including preparing dyeing recipes, selecting appropriate methods, and maintaining dyeing parameters.
- Monitoring dyeing processes to ensure color consistency, shade accuracy, and fabric quality meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborating with production planners and scheduling teams to optimize production efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
- Leading and supervising a team of dyeing technicians and operators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve production targets and quality standards.
