Job Title: Supply Chain Officer As a Supply Chain Officer at RMI, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of goods, information, and finances between suppliers, manufacturers, and customers. Your primary objective will be to optimize our supply chain processes, minimize costs, and enhance efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to coordinate supply chain activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet operational needs.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
