Position: DGM/GM Production (Apparel)
Qualifications: Must be a graduate or Textile Engineer
Experience: 12 to 15 years in Apparel production
Location: Faisalabad
As a DGM/GM Production (Apparel) at AZ Apparel, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and strategic oversight of all production activities within the stitching division of our apparel manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the stitching division to meet production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
- Drive operational excellence, implement process improvements, and achieve production targets.
