Job Description
As the Project Control Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Project Coordination and Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive work execution plans to meet project objectives.
- Sub-contractor Management: Demonstrating strong capabilities in managing and coordinating subcontractors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Site Monitoring and Reporting: Overseeing site activities, monitoring progress, and preparing detailed progress reports.
- Project Progress Tracking: Utilizing tools such as S-Curves and Plan Vs. Actual progress reports to track project milestones and identify any deviations.
- Identifying Critical Tasks: Recognizing critical project tasks and developing mitigation plans for slipping tasks to ensure project success.
Ideal Profile
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Relevant Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in project management, particularly in industrial settings.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Primavera6, AutoCAD, and MS Project is essential.
- Certification: Primavera6 certification is a must-have qualification for this role.
