Job Overview
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our finance operations. Your responsibilities will include managing Accounts Receivable, preparing monthly profit and loss statements, conducting bank reconciliations, overseeing daily operational activities, and ensuring compliance with sales and income tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable to close monthly shop ledgers.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements for shops.
- Conduct monthly credit card and bank reconciliations.
- Review and oversee daily operational activities.
- Maintain knowledge of sales, income tax laws, and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts or Finance.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with sales and income tax laws/regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: PKR 60,000 to 70,000 per month
- Other Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Medical Insurance, Out-Patient Department (OPD) coverage, Bonuses, and EOBI.
- Location: Head Office near Pak Arab Society, Ferozepur Road – Lahore.
