Position Overview
Role: Infrastructure & Environmental Facility Manager
Location: Lahore
Experience: 8 to 10 years in facility management
Key Responsibilities
- Environmental Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the organization’s environment and facilities adhere to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Housekeeping Operations: Manage daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and orderliness across offices, factory premises, conference rooms, washrooms, parking areas, and specified areas.
- Staff Management: Provide leadership and support to the housekeeping team, including training, coaching, and enforcing standard procedures.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing measures to enhance workplace safety and sustainability.
Ideal Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in facility management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
