Style Textile invites you to step into the role of Farm Manager at our Manga, Lahore location. As the Farm Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our farms, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and sustainability every step of the way.
Job Overview:
As the Farm Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the overall operations of our farms. Your duties will include:
- Developing comprehensive plans and schedules for planting and harvesting, while ensuring that our dedicated staff understands and meets expectations.
- Maintaining accurate financial and production records to track progress and inform decision-making processes.
- Proactively managing inventory, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies, to ensure consistent availability.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising farm workers to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Coordinating with relevant departments for the purchase, repair, and maintenance of necessary equipment to support farming activities.
- Taking charge of vending organic vegetables in the market when necessary, furthering our commitment to sustainable and healthy produce.
Ideal Profile:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural management, demonstrating a deep understanding of farming practices and techniques.
- Proven experience in regenerative and organic farming methods, with a dedication to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
