Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering is required. This educational background provides the foundation necessary to understand the complexities of the textile industry.
- Experience: Ideally, candidates should have 2-3 years of experience, preferably within the textile industry. This experience equips individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment like ours.
Responsibilities:
As a Merchandiser at Soorty Enterprises, you will be responsible for:
- Managing Orders: Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- Client Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates on orders.
- Quality Control: Overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet our high standards and customer expectations.
- Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy.
