Manager Quality Control-BEECHTREE-Lahore

Are you a skilled professional with a passion for ensuring product quality and driving excellence throughout the production process? Beechtree is currently seeking a Manager Quality Control to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our in-house quality control team while maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality garments to our customers.

Job Responsibilities & Skills:

• Develop and Train QC Team: Lead the development and training of our in-house QC team, providing clear expectations and guidance on deliverables.
• Conduct Audits: Perform audits to ensure the maintenance of our quality assurance and control system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Drive Quality Standards: Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all production stages, from incoming materials to shipped products, by implementing and monitoring established quality standards.
• Problem Solving: Audit and confirm current bulk production, resolving any issues that arise during the production process to maintain product quality.
• Supplier Management: Work closely with suppliers to meet key milestones and KPIs, conducting monthly analysis of quality performance and implementing action plans as necessary.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams such as merchandising, providing support on new development initiatives.
• Development Support: Provide support as required in development processes, including pattern creation, fit testing, sample creation, and testing, to ensure all development requirements meet the brand’s standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with expertise in quality control, woven, printing, and sewing processes
