Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 or above. This educational background ensures a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, providing the necessary expertise to excel in this role.
Experience: The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience within a reputed textile group. This extensive experience equips candidates with a deep understanding of textile production processes, quality control measures, and operational management, enabling them to effectively oversee and supervise textile operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily textile production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and safety protocols.
- Implement best practices for textile manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency, minimizing waste, and maximizing productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
