Role Overview:
As a Technical Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and sustaining relationships with customers, promoting products, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Your responsibilities will include visiting potential customers to encourage purchases, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and sustain relationships with customers to promote long-term partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Promotion: Visit potential customers to encourage purchases of food solutions products, leveraging your technical knowledge to highlight product features and benefits.
- Customer Engagement: Visit customers regularly to address their queries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate sales records to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: A minimum bachelor’s degree is required for this role. A degree in Food Sciences and Technology is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in the industry.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 Years: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the edible oil and fats industry, demonstrating a strong track record in technical sales.
