Key Responsibilities:
As the Joint Manager – Non Motor Claims at Adamjee Insurance, you will be responsible for overseeing the non-motor claims process to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:
- Assessing and processing non-motor insurance claims, including property, marine, and health insurance.
- Investigating and evaluating claim submissions to determine coverage, liability, and settlement options.
- Liaising with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Analyzing claim trends and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the claims process.
- Providing guidance and support to claims adjusters and other team members to resolve complex claims issues.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as underwriting and risk management, to mitigate potential claims risks and losses.
