Position: Assistant Manager IT Infrastructure Experience: 2-4 Years Certification: CCNA/CCNP, MCSE, VCP, ITIL Qualification: BS/MS in IT/CS or other Relevant Degree
Responsibilities: As our Assistant Manager IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for:
- Server Operations: Demonstrating expertise in server operating systems, including Mail Servers (Mdaemon and MailStore) and File Servers.
- Network Administration: Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Hybrid Exchange to ensure smooth network functionality.
- IT Asset Management: Overseeing IT asset management processes and utilizing relevant tools to effectively manage resources.
- System Operations: Hands-on experience in developing and managing system operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions for network and systems equipment.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of server operating systems and network administration.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Hybrid Exchange.
- Familiarity with IT asset management processes and tools.
- Experience in system operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
