Position: Deputy General Manager (Compliance)
Qualification:
- MBA/MPA (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in compliance management.
- Experience should encompass social, environmental, technical, quality, product safety, fire safety, electric safety, building stability, sustainability, and circularity, preferably in the Textile Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Deputy General Manager (Compliance), you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices across various domains. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing compliance efforts across social, environmental, technical, and safety standards.
- Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes.
- Monitoring product safety and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
- Managing fire safety, electric safety, and building stability protocols.
- Spearheading sustainability and circularity initiatives within the organization.
- Collaborating with industry bodies and initiatives such as Tencel, Index, Higg, Ethical Trading Initiative, SANFOR, BEPI, OBCI, Ser C, and PHAC.
