Responsibilities:
As a QC Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Performing analytical testing using sophisticated instrumentation and techniques to assess product quality and purity.
- Analyzing data, interpreting results, and documenting findings accurately in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identifying and investigating deviations, out-of-specification results, and non-conformities, and implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Participating in internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in the laboratory environment and ensuring proper disposal of hazardous materials.
