Position: General Manager – TQM
Qualification:
- BSc preferably in Textile Engineering
Experience:
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in the Textile Industry
- Technical knowledge of Socks &/or Towel manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in developing quality control and assurance systems
- Proficiency in managing final and third-party audits
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance systems to ensure product excellence
- Manage final and third-party audits to maintain compliance with industry standards
- Lead a team of quality control professionals to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
