Position: Senior Officer – Compliance
- Salary: 50,000 – 60,000+ Benefits
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 2-3 Years
As a Senior Officer in Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client, a prominent Money Exchange company, adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies. Your attention to detail and expertise in compliance procedures will be instrumental in safeguarding the organization’s reputation and fostering a culture of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, keeping abreast of changes in regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters, including training sessions and workshops.
- Investigate and address any instances of non-compliance, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance efforts and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities to address compliance issues and mitigate risks effectively.
