Position Overview:
As the Manager Legal at Lucky Core Industries, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance and providing strategic legal advice to support our operations. Position Details:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in legal practice
- Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance and support to various departments within the organization
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends
- Assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as required
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies
- Handle legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration proceedings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues and achieve organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
- Proven experience in a legal role, preferably in the corporate sector
- Sound knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial transactions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
