Position: Factory Manager Daharki Plant
Requirements:
- Preferred qualifications include LLM and/or MBA.
- Minimum of 12 years of work experience in a similar managerial role.
Overall Responsibilities:
As the Factory Manager at the Daharki Plant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring strict adherence to company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and leading the section during external and internal audits.
- Effectively managing a unionized workforce of approximately 2000+ personnel.
- Maintaining company compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as internal standards, providing expert guidance on legal matters and labor regulations.
- Leading collective labor agreement negotiations and ensuring successful conclusions within the mandate.
- Liaising with counterparts in other organizations/factories to remain informed about industry labor issues.
- Maintaining liaison with government authorities, especially the local district administration, and representing the company in all labor-related court cases.
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and the HR team for guidance on related matters, ensuring confidentiality and smooth functioning of P&IR functions and payroll.
- Remaining updated with amendments to labor laws and policies, and developing and managing the IR Section budget.
