We are excited to announce that we are hiring a Floor Manager to join our team at Dolman Mall Clifton in Karachi. As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor and delivering exceptional customer service.
Position Overview:
As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the sales floor. Your duties will include:
- Supervising Staff: You will direct and supervise retail staff to ensure efficient performance. Your leadership will help foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among team members.
- Managing Inventory: Monitoring and managing inventory levels will be a key aspect of your role. You will ensure stock availability, coordinate replenishment efforts, and optimize inventory management processes.
- Customer Assistance: Providing excellent customer service is paramount. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Sales Floor Monitoring: Regularly walking the sales floor, engaging with customers, and offering assistance as needed will be part of your daily routine. Your presence and proactive approach will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Front-of-House Operations: Managing front-of-house operations is crucial for maintaining a smooth flow of activities. You will oversee various aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless functioning and upholding our commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation degree required
- Three years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Proven track record of effective leadership and team management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Location: Dolman Mall Clifton, Karachi
