Position: Manager Risk and Control
Requirements:
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 7-10 years of overall work experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a risk and compliance role.
Overall Responsibilities:
As the Manager Risk and Control at Engro Fertilizers, you’ll be entrusted with key responsibilities to ensure effective risk management and control practices across the organization:
- Entity-Wide Risk Management: Develop and maintain an entity-wide risk register to identify and assess key risks and their mitigants.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and track progress on risk mitigation plans and report to senior management and the Board of Directors on critical risk and control issues.
- Policy Development: Develop and update risk management policies and procedures that align with Engro Fertilizers’ business strategy and objectives.
- Advisory Role: Provide guidance to senior management and business heads on addressing internal audit observations and designing and implementing effective controls.
- Risk Mitigation Planning: Collaborate with Business Units to identify, assess, and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
- Framework Standardization: Ensure standardization of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across all business units of Engro Fertilizers.
