Now Hiring: Microbiologist

As a Microbiologist at Volka Food International Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our products through microbial analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting microbial analysis to assess the quality and safety of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples.
• Performing root cause analysis to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with relevant food safety standards and guidelines.
• Conducting routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
• Proven experience in an accredited laboratory setting, preferably as a lead auditor under ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, with a focus on microbiological analysis.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Microbiology or a related field.
