Position: Key Accounts Executive
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Capability Snapshot:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales.
- Strong negotiation and customer management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Key Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and developing key accounts in Lahore. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and requirements to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, using insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
