Role Overview: Manager Electrical & Automation
As the Manager Electrical & Automation at Feroze 1888, you will lead the charge in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge automation systems. Here’s what you need to know about the position:
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: A minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required.
- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in automation, modification, designing, and testing of systems. Experience with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities
As the Manager Electrical & Automation, your responsibilities will include:
- System Design: Design and plan electrical systems, encompassing power, communications, and data.
- Automation Design: Develop systems using PLC programs, robotics, and sensor technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Maintenance and Integration: Maintain systems for installation, integration, and smooth operation within the manufacturing environment.
- Equipment Specifications: Establish equipment specifications and requirements for automation projects.
- Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts on automation projects to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Engineering Software: Utilize engineering design software to create, modify, and analyze project schematics.
- Project Management: Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate project deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure the longevity and reliability of automation systems.
